Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.
This role is primarily responsible for strategic growth and optimization of identified key hospital accounts for our Anti-infectives and Anesthesia portfolio.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Identification of opportunities and development of partnerships with key hospital accounts
Understanding individual hospital account's business model, strategic direction, and business issues
Mapping and engagement of stakeholders in the hospital that influence strategic decisions for our Company brands
Leads the development and execution of account-specific strategic and tactical plans to drive top and bottom lines
Develop detailed account profiles that will serve as a tool for investment and optimization
Leads the engagement and development of account's Hospital CoP Leaders and advocates
Deliver Business Results and mastery of account management process for identified key hospital accounts:
Inclusion in hospital formulary
Establish inventory level to ensure product availability all the time
Participation in hospital biddings
Familiarization of ordering and delivery system of accounts
Convey clinical relevance of products promoted to targeted therapeutic areas in the hospitals
TERRITORY ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Must also be willing, at any point in your career, to manage Key Hospital Accounts in identified STRATEGIC Territories in any location in the Philippines
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
University degree in any related field, preferably in Science
At least 3-5 years sales experience, currently in a manager role
Certification and training in Accounts Management and Negotiation Skills (not required but an advantage)
Managerial competencies
Leadership capabilities
Excellent track record
Account Management experience
Possess high business acumen and analytical skills
Excellent English and Filipino oral, written and presentations skills
