Job Description
Work with spreadsheets to generate bills from data
Print, mail, scan and email invoices and checks
Handle all aspects of Collections
Respond to emails, phone calls from customers in a timely manner
Be proactive and communicate with peers, colleagues and superiors on any issues related to Billing and Collections
Manage chargebacks/disputes
Compile customer statements
Resolve billing discrepancies review and analyze accounts receivable aging
Provide collection assistance assist in the preparation of audit working papers
Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications
Minimum of 5years' experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections
Strong working knowledge of MS Office especially working with Excel & Word
Experience with Accounting Software systems
Strong phone and email communication skills a must
Advance level in excel
Ability to perform consistently in a fast paced work environment while handling multiple tasks at once
Flexibility to take on ad hoc assignments
Should be detail oriented, diligent, be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
