Job Description
Key responsibilities and duties:
Receipt of request for quotation on email
Look up parts catalogue and check inventory
Prepare online draft quotes for approval
Communicate any stock queries or issues by email with management at NCP only
Software used: Inhouse Software, EPC, Part Number Search
Qualifications
Knowledge of Automotive industry
Knowledge of panel and mechanical auto parts for Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Chevrolet and Ford
Good understanding of how to look up EPC and parts catalogue
Sales (more on Quotations)
Communication Skills
Computer Skills
Documentation
Attention to detail and accuracy
Work schedule:
Staff works Mondays to Fridays after 7pm NZ Time (3pm to 11pm MNL Time)
Work location:
Permanent Homebased
This is a homebased role so staff must have their own equipment and make sure that there is a strong internet connection at home
