HOME HEALTH QA OASIS SPECIALIST
 
The Home Health QA OASIS Specialist is responsible for
reviewing and validating OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with CMS regulations.
 
Key Responsibilities
Review OASIS assessments submitted by clinical staff for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with CMS standards.
Ensure that OASIS documentation aligns with the patient's clinical record and plan of care.
Identify inconsistencies or discrepancies in documentation, and communicate feedback to clinicians to promote accurate data collection.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CMS OASIS guidelines, Medicare regulations, and home health care standards.
Monitor and analyze OASIS data trends to identify areas for improvement in documentation accuracy and quality.
WHAT IT TAKES
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Nursing with active PRC license
At least 1 year clinical experience
Experience in a home health setting, with a strong understanding of OASIS documentation
Current certification in OASIS (e.g., COS-C, HCS-O)  is a plus, but not require
Willing to work night shift and onsite  (IT Park, Cebu City)
