Job Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Manager at MVP.dev. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient delivery of services. Your tasks will include coordinating project timelines, managing resources, optimizing workflows, and improving operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes and provide exceptional client support.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage daily company operations.
Maintains and improves operations by monitoring system performance, identifying gaps, and resolving problems.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Translate company goals into clear and comprehensive directives for the team. Support direct reports as they implement new directives.
Work with Leads to create strong connections with the whole team and utilize effective communication to help translate the Mission of our client into meaningful and clear goals.
Strategic Partner - contribute to the management team's strategic decision-making, develop, and align strategies with the business.
Change Agent - enable and empower line leaders to lead and facilitate change, ability to influence stakeholders to adopt harmonized and optimized processes.
Train, if necessary, new support team members and prepare them to handle the tasks at hand.
Maintain ultimate responsibility for team structure by working with the executive leadership, direct reports, and other business partners.
 
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of proven operations and management experience. Experience in a BPO or shared services startup environment in an advantage.
Proven leadership skills with project management, planning, presenting, and communication skills.
Demonstrated passion for the customer experience and the ability to solve problems.
Collaborative work style; willing to coach and be coached by others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in easily understood, concise language
Amenable to work graveyard schedule and during Philippine Holidays.
 
Job Condition:
This position is a (WFH) set up.
Schedule would be from Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Must have own Computer and stable internet connection.
