Qualifications:
Must be a college graduate
Energetic, patient, responsible and cheerful
Must have at least 1-year experience in teaching ESL online/offline.
Excellent communications skills
Good typing skills
Team-player
Willing to work on graveyard shift
Available for immediate employment
MUST have computer/laptop available (owned)
Has stable internet connection at home
Preferably, willing to stay in the dorm
MUST be currently not connected to any school
MUST be willing to undergo online trainings
TM1, TESOL or other Certification is a PLUS
Technical Requirements:
Laptop or Desktop
- RAM : At least 2GB of RAM (4 GB is recommended) 60 GB free hard disk space available
- Processor: Intel Core i3/i5/i7 or AMD
Headset with external mic (preferably with noise-cancelling feature)
Stable Internet connection (LAN Connection is a plus)
- At least 3mbps
- If applicant is using prepaid LAN/WIFI, 40GB required load is   needed
- Ping Test must be < 50 milliseconds
Built-in or external web camera (preferably high-definition camera)
Quiet, clear and well-lit environment
Your main responsibilities:
Provides one-on- one and/or group instruction consistent and coordinated with the school’s instructional program so as to ensure that students meet and exceed learning targets.
Administers academic and language assessments for the purpose of evaluating student progress
Keep records of lessons and evaluations
Attend trainings to increase competency
