As an Online English Tutor you will be fully immersed in the virtual teaching experience with Chinese students on our live platform. Your teaching schedule is based on your weekly availability and we provide all-around assistance, preset curricula, and a personal training team - no lesson planning necessary!
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Teach English to young learners between 4-20 years of age through our online platform
Our Operations Coordination Team will handle scheduling and student assignment
Training and support provided
Curriculum is preset, no lesson planning required
Desired Skills and Experience:
This position requires a passionate, organized and goal oriented individual who understands what good customer service is. In addition, the preferred candidate should be/have :
College graduates of any field are welcome to apply
BPO experience is not required
Teaching Experience is an advantage but not required
Proficiency in speaking the English language with a neutral accent
with pleasing personality
A quiet, clutter-free, and well-lit space in your home
Technical Requirements: * Must have Desktop/Laptop with at least 4GB of Ram
A headset with an extended microphone and noise-cancelling features
A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam.
DSL/Fiber connection of at least 5 mbps (LTE, USB sticks & wireless connections are NOT allowed)
Speed-test: minimum of 2 mbps download and 2 mpbs upload speed
NOTE: No Technical equipment available?? No worries!! We can provide you the technical equipment as long as you have an existing DSL/Fiber internet connection at home (For applicants within NCR only)
- If you're outside NCR, technical equipment is required.
Teaching Environment:
- A quiet, clutter-free, and well-lit space in your home with a plain white background.
