Responsibilities:
· Reconciling Financial Statements, ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate
· Preparation of income Tax Returns for individuals, partnerships, trust, and companies
· Financial reporting; Budgeting and Forecasting, Analysis and Reconciliations
· Preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Activity Statements (BAS/IAS)
· Preparing Monthly/Annual statutory lodgements
· Completion of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
· Month-end close - processing of general journals, accruals, standing journals and general ledger adjustments.
Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
· Required skill(s): Australian accounting, Sage, MYOB
· Minimum of 3+ years experience in preparing Financial Statements, Tax Returns, and BAS Returns
