Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for securing sponsorship and ticket sales for the Escom's Industry conferences in Asia pacific Region. Sales will be secured by targeting various companies, organizations and associations, with a focus on global fortune 500 companies. The sales Executive propose sponsorship and exhibitor packages according to client specification.
Key Achievements & Responsibilities
Learn and Understand the event background and event product, especially the type of attendees and the benefits for sponsors
Do comprehensive market research to ensure you understand who are the potential sponsors and extract their company's solutions description related to the event theme and the contact details from internet
Do call calls to reach to the decision makers and propose the sponsorship package
Do Follow-ups, Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors
Negotiate and close the deals, Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements have been reached and chase payment
Assist in preparing promotional material to advertise sponsor and exhibitor opportunities
Maintain knowledge of conference timelines and sponsorship deadlines

SALES Executive Salary Structure
Salary are composed by BASIC PAY and COMMISSION, and a project Bonus. Basic salary is 20K php for probation period and 28K php for regular work period. Phone allowances included.
Important Notice:
(1) Office Location
Escom does not have a physical office in Manila yet, you are expected to work from home.
(2) Working hours
You are expected to work 8 hours per each working day (Monday to Friday). Weekends and all Philippines Public Holidays Off.
(3) Internet and Phone Call Cost
There will be no reimbursement for your internet connection and your work stationery cost.
All your phone cost bills (including all local and international calls occurred during work, such as Skype/landline/mobile phone bills) will be reimbursed by invoices or electronic invoices.
(4) Leaders, Target Management and Career advancement
You virtually stay connected with your leader via Skype and do daily report to your project leader by the end of each work day. Your team leader will set and manage the target and ensure the associated bonus or career advancement benefits are delivered.
Well performed employees will be positioned as potential project manager and trained accordingly. As project manager, you will enjoy an very attract basic salary and also get a share of the events you are in charge of.
(5) Training
We will conduct online training courses for 3 days before you on board (non-paid for those 3 days). You will also be regularly trained by your leader while at work.
(6) Paycheck
Paycheck will be released every 15th of each month, along with the association bonus or commission.
(7) Social benefits and other welfare
At current stage, Escom does not provide you social benefits or other welfare (such as medical insurance/ unemployment insurance/ employment injury insurance/ maternity insurance/ Public housing funds). However we are very eager to establish a physical office in Manila once the condition permits and we will be providing all work welfare to employees once it is set.
