HOME-BASED CLIENT SERVICES / OPERATIONS MANAGER
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with outstanding business development acumen and operations management experience.
Since 2010 Accounting Asia GMS has been providing labor dispatch and outsourced employment services (known as EOR, or PEO ) in countries across Asia for multinational clients. To support our current expansion, we are seeking a home-based client services / operations manager for our regional business.
Manage diverse regional operations of internal and outsourced teams providing payroll, visa, employment and relocation services in 12 countries around Asia for global clients to optimise service to our clients.
Coordinate with team working remotely around Asia to achieve maximum performance and dedication, and establish policies that promote company culture and vision. Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process, efficiency and customer service improvement.
Support daily client inquiries, provide proactive support and problem solving, anticipate and resolve potential issues.
Support expansion activities in tandem with CEO and COO ( entity establishment in new jurisdictions, new service provider and partner alliances etc.), maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and service providers globally.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in direct, remote, and online operations and service provider management and customer support in outsourced services or relocation industry.
Highly organized manager capable of broad range of operations as part of a small team, with strong communication skills, multitasking ability and hands-on approach.
Experience in PEO / Labor dispatch / Payroll or other outsourced services.
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills, relationship building.
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving for existing and potential issues and.
Business acumen to drive sustainable business growth
International business experience
Outstanding English communication skills
