Job Description:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Produces and distributes daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
Analyzes and interprets data and report trends
Build metrics to measure operational/financial performance of the group and provides clear and concise analysis and recommendations to the Management team
Understands the business needs and participates in establishing performance measures, productivity goals and identifying opportunities for improvement
Provides early warning to the Leadership Team of potential problems, issues, etc.
Lead/participate in Process Improvement and Customer Analytics initiatives
Coordinates with the Operations Supervisors and Managers and other support groups in ensuring that business is running accordingly
Reconciliation of mortgage document paper processes and images.
Qualifications/Skills
High proficiency in MS Office suite particularly SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel applications
Excellent attention to detail required
Strong communication skills required
Excellent time management and organizational skills - ability to deliver initiatives in the most expeditious and efficient manner with the highest level of quality
Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment to effectively meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
Exhibits creative thinking, confidence, and knowledge when resolving business issues
Partnership, teamwork and collaboration experience
Requirements:
Tenure: At least 12 months in current job and process
Performance Rating: At least On Track on My Development
Corrective Action: Not within prescriptive period for suspension
Performance Improvement Plan: Not enrolled in and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
