Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse offers patient-centered end-of-life care. With an emphasis on symptom management and comfort for the patient and their family unit, the RN executes the care plan and coordinates care with other disciplines such as social work, certified nursing assistants, volunteers, chaplains, physicians, and medical directors.
Training our current staff on how to use WellSky Hospice.
Provide ongoing QA chart review for our hospice agency.
Qualifications:
Licenses/Certifications: RN-Registered Nurse
Preferably with Experience in Handling WellSky Hospice EMR Software
Other skills/knowledge: Good interpersonal and communication abilities. strong computer skills, powerful analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity for detail-orientation.
