Responsibilities:
• Responsible in managing a purchasing team
• Serve as the main contact person for the department
• Handle and manage purchase orders of the company
• Ensure accuracy of order information on the company system
• Ensure deliveries and coordinate with company suppliers
• Attend to inquiries of Japanese speaking suppliers and stakeholders
• Manage escalations and solve reported issues
• Prepare monthly purchase order reports
