The Role A role in Learning and Leadership Development is an opportunity to be a Learning Partner for a Business, Market, or Strategic Growth Priority and design and execute innovative learning experiences that will help build skills needed for today and tomorrow.
At the Associate Manager level you may lead a medium to small team or a relevant function. Decisions will impact your team and occasionally other teams. You'll be expected to independently, with minimal guidance, to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

Must Have: 8 years of experience in identifying and assessing complex problems, and the ability to create innovative solutions with vision, ideas, and creativity

With good problem solving, communication, and project management skills
Ability to work across a broad range of activities, and enjoy working collaboratively with stakeholders from diverse business, HR, and other cross teams
Confidence in driving programs end to end
