The Human Resource Manager will oversee the regular duties of the Human Resources (HR) division, including hiring and conducting interviews, paying employees, handling leave requests, and enforcing business regulations and procedures.
Qualifications
- 3years and Up experience as an HR Manager
- Must have BPO experience
- Experience and knowledgeable of PH Labor Law or Labor Relations
- Understanding of HR concepts especially employee exp and change management
- Exp and skills in developing and maintaining documentation and reporting
- Skilled in staff engagement and monitoring
- Able to independently manage team members and cases both international and external
