Position: German Order Fulfillment Consultant
Industry: Pharmaceutical/BioTechnology
Salary: P 65,000
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Midshift (3:00 PM- 12:00 AM)

Requirements:
• Open for both Native and Non- Native German Speakers
• Proficient in both German and English
• Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder of any course
• Knowledge in SAP and ERP system is a plus
• Data Management and Order processing experience is a plus
• Medical experience and knowledge would be an advantage
Responsibilities:
• Process all the orders received in the SAP system
• Evaluates all weekly metrics and analyze all continuous improvement project and prepare reports for all requests.
• Manage all contracting processes and all incoming purchase orders from various email locations.
• Updates the tracker/system of orders time to time
• Manage all communication with all sales department order
• Verify all order line and prepare order reports on everyday basis
• Respond to all inquiries for all status order and resolve all customer issues
• Prepares efficient schedule for projects
