We are a Japanese-owned company offering Online English classes to Japanese students. We are looking for Online English Teachers who can work Home-based (part-time/full time) for at least 2-4 hours a day, 5 days a week (choose your teaching schedule anytime between 4 AM and 12MN) and Office-based (full time only), 8 hours a day, 5 days a week from 12 noon to 9:00 PM; get classes through either assigning or booking system with our 11 major schools and earn up to P30,000 a month!

REQUIREMENTS:
• With or without teaching experience (any course)
• FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply, UNDERGRADUATES are also welcome!
• Can communicate in English (conversational to advanced)
• Willing to work in Quezon City (for Office-based and avail of free accommodation)
• Proficiency in the Japanese language (with or without JLPT certificate) is an advantage but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide 25 - 125 minute English lessons to Japanese students via Skype/Zoom (depending on the account assigned).
• Report to the office at least 30 minutes before the work shift.
• Maintain good attendance and performance record.
• Post lesson memos and submit sound files on time for every class conducted (for evaluation of students' performance, provide appropriate recommendations and monitor their progress)
• Attend training/coaching as needed.

HOME-BASED TEACHERS
Full-time: Flexible Schedule ( 8 hours/ day between 4AM-12NN, 5 days a week and weekends are optional)
Part-time: Work at least 2 to 4 hours a day during weekdays and 8 hours every Sat and Sunday
