Responsibilities:
-Content moderation: This involves reviewing videos and other media to ensure they comply with community guidelines and company policies. Content moderators may also be responsible for identifying and flagging inappropriate or offensive material.
-Video editing: BPO employees might be responsible for editing video content to make it more engaging, informative, or visually appealing. This could include adding text overlays, cutting or rearranging footage, or adjusting color and lighting.
-Quality control: BPO workers might be responsible for reviewing completed videos to ensure that they meet certain quality standards, such as resolution, sound quality, and overall production value.
-Customer support: BPO employees might provide customer support to users who are experiencing technical issues or need help navigating the video streaming platform.
-Data analysis: BPO workers might analyze user data and behavior to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve the video streaming platform and its user experience.
-Sales and marketing: BPO employees might be involved in promoting the video streaming platform to potential users, identifying target markets, and developing sales strategies.
Salary:
Php 17,500/month
