What You'll Be Doing:
Call prospective clients from a provided list or lead source
Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team
Maintain accurate call logs and appointment records
Hit daily/weekly/monthly appointment targets
Meet key KPIs including QA, adherence, and attendance
Who We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales/cold calling, lead generation
Excellent spoken English skills with confidence and professionalism
Strong sales mindset and ability to handle objections
Solid work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
