Overseeing fund disbursement, recording journal entries, monitoring bank balances, and ensuring prompt filing to government agencies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitating peso and dollar disbursements
Preparation and recording of associated journal entries
Keeping a close eye on bank balances and handling filing and remittances to government agencies such as BIR, SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF
Organizing and maintaining voucher files and supporting documents
Conducting analysis on specific Real Accounts
Performing various tasks as delegated by the Chief Accountant.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in BS Accountancy or any related field
Preferably with experience, but open to FRESH GRADUATE
Willing to work in Intramuros, Manila
