Duties and Responsibilities
Overseeing the financial operations of the dealership.
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
Monitoring cash flow and managing financial risks.
Ensuring compliance with local accounting regulations and standards.
Preparing and submitting timely financial reports to management.
Liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
Overseeing inventory accounting and reconciliation.
Managing and leading the accounting team.
Providing training and guidance to staff.
Promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Preferably CPA
At least 5 years of experience in managerial position
Proven experience in accounting and financial management
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Strong leadership and team management skills
Familiarity with automotive dealership operations and industry-specific accounting practices.
Willing to work in Pasay City
