Act as the subject matter expert for in-scope processes and market-specific knowledge
acquisition and cascade of these information to the operations
Investigate & resolve process anomalies/ambiguities and escalate to team lead as necessary
Coordinate system testing, deployment of new system and services
Ensure proper documentation of process updates on Standard Routines
Conduct functional training for employees who are new to the operations (i.e. New hires & transfers)
Execute validation & reconciliation, prepare control reports for certain critical data/processes
Gather and analyze transaction volumes and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements

Able to create process documentations
Has experience in Success Factors, SAP HR/Payroll system experience

has knowledge in PH Payroll
Exposure on Best Practices implementation within the team
