Position Summary
A day in the life of...
Maintains employee life events (e.g. hire/rehire, transfer/promotion, end of employment and leave of absence) for internal and external employees.
Performs other HR and employee data changes into the system (e.g. bank details, address, work schedule, etc.)
Performs payroll-related records (e.g. taxes, recurring deductions/allowances, one-time payments/deductions and absence quotas)
Handles cases in coordination with other streams
Generates and validates scheduled reports
Provide first level phone and email assistance on various types of Employee Services/Financial Services queries
Provide complete resolution to all level 1 query and requests within the expected turnaround time
Escalate queries and requests accordingly to the next tier level or Team Lead and make necessary follow-ups to ensure that the overall turnaround time for resolution is met
Communicate resolution from higher tier levels and close cases within the expected turnaround time
Maintain and continuously enhance expertise and knowledge on all Employee Services/Financial Services processes and policies
Effectively communicate, provide instructions, and options to customers
Perform other tasks assigned by the Team Lead or Manager as required based on business need
What will make you successful
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Korean and English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.

Advanced level in customer service skills
