Job Description
Fluor Philippines is looking for candidates who are team player, results-driven, self-motivated and have relevant experience in the administration and support of Intergraph Smart3D (S3D) application.
The S3D Project Coordinator/Administrator is responsible for tasks at the project level and will work closely with the Project Information Manager and Project Data Integrator and Discipline application specialists to establish an S3D environment that meets project requirements and support execution of the project task force. The S3D Project Coordinator/Administrator will need to have general working knowledge of all S3D Tasks and an understanding of functional/discipline work practices and processes within the S3D environment will be necessary.
Understand S3D project setup requirements and tasks at different phases project execution from startup to closeout
Creation and configuration of Smart3D project according to project requirements and applying Fluor's standard on S3D execution which includes
Communicate and coordinate for servers required by the S3D project environment
Manage access and permission to the S3D environment
Setup S3D hierarchies to implement the Plant breakdown structure, work breakdown structure, Drawing deliverable related execution, reports generation
Perform regular catalog management tasks
Setting up of S3D process and services including name generator, backup, interference detection, batch processing
Implementation of S3D tools and utilities for Fluor's project execution
Configure setup of the generation Smart Review files for internal and client model reviews
Create and modify filters and surface styles to support project execution
Configure name rules as necessary
Provides overall S3D direction and coordination to the project task force
Focal point of contact for S3D issues and concerns working with the Project discipline S3D application specialists
Manages and loads all S3D catalog revisions in coordination with the discipline application specialists/catalog specialists on the project
Monitor scheduled processes for backup/interference/workshare replication etc.
Executes full and partial restore of plant and catalog over the course of the project as necessary
Creates and manages project s3d environments for testing and study
Creates Smart Review sessions per Project requirements
Informs and updates designers on latest procedures and practices related to S3d through project bulletins, meetings, etc. working with Project discipline S3D application specialists.
Performs regular database maintenance and integrity check tasks
Performs S3D related audits to ensure environment and model data issues are identified, checked and resolved by the project teams
Manages references files, 3d model reference files, laser scan and other attachments to the s3d project environment
Interface with internal and external clients and vendors as necessary related to the project execution with S3D
Supports execution of mass model copy or move as necessary
Manages and executes deployment and upgrade related tasks in the S3D environment
Performs closeout related tasks for the S3D project environment
Basic Job Requirements
Required: Working knowledge and experience with S3D application as S3D Administrator/Coordinator on S3D setup and administration tasks
Required: Database knowledge on SQL Server implementation with S3D
Required: General working knowledge of all S3D tasks
Required: Experience in conducting S3D administration related training
and user support
Required: Basic knowledge on Smartsketch drawing editor
Required: Basic knowledge of implementation of S3D utilities and standard custom commands
Required: Basic knowledge on the implementation and use of Smart Interop publisher
Required: Basic knowledge on SmartReview implementation and usage
Required: Basic knowledge on reports customization
Required: Experience in S3D global workshare execution
Plus: Experience in S3D related integration with SPF and other authoring tools
Plus: Knowledge of SP3D metadata browser
Plus: Knowledge on writing SQL queries
Plus: Programming knowledge with S3D API
Plus: Programming with VB.NET or C#
Plus: Database knowledge on Oracle implementation with S3D
