Description
Open Access has been providing business process and call center outsourcing solutions to a host of international clients since 2006. OA is experienced in designing, implementing and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for clients around the world from its Makati, Philippine operations centers.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Helpdesk Support Specialist for our Client Services (CS) team, you will provide great service to clients by resolving technical and product functionality inquiries via phone, web, and e-mail to ensure the successful use of our solutions and a high level of customer satisfaction.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide high level and in depth technical support by resolving inquiries by phone, email and web, in a manner and time frame consistent with department and team service levels and goals.
- Work collaboratively with clients, team members, implementation consultants, and resources across our global office locations to achieve desired results.
- Continue internal education, training and certifications to stay ahead of an evolving technical and financial industry landscape, learn new product releases, and increase your value to the company and the client base.
- Own and address client needs and product issues from inception to resolution.
- Interpret and validate technical issues, test solutions, follow-up and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain and create detailed documentation through logging of support cases, e-mail and knowledge base articles for client and internal use.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science or any IT related course/s
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex issues and adapt to different challenges and changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, system architecture and environments.
- Understanding of trade life cycle, MS SQL databases and queries.
ADVANTAGE:
With knowledge, background or experiences in any of the following: MS Windows, MS Office, MS excel formula or macro, MS Suite, HTML, My SQL, My SQL queries, databases, Unix/Linux, RestAPI, networking or automation, trade life cycle, trouble-shooting and analysis/resolution skills, tech support background, systematic data conclusion, system architechture and environments, other technical background
