Job Description
Performs repairs on gasoline and diesel engines, transmissions, and differentials.
Inspects, dissaembles, repairs, adjusts, installs, and performs routine preventive maintenance on vehicles, construction equipment, machinery.
Makes roadside repairs when needed.
Maintains and installs all electrical components, such as starting and charging systems, directional lights, safety warning lights on all vehicles.
Repair vehicle body and chassis parts using hand and power tools.
Documents repairs done and maintaine time and material records.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Vocational/Technical Mechanic Training in Automotive/Heavy Equipment or equivalent;
Experience in automotive, truck, heavy equipment mechanic repairs.
