1. The Healthcare System Partner Development Lead mission

The Health System Partner- Ecosystem Development Lead is an empowered leader and the local face of Roche working closely with system-level healthcare stakeholders such as policy makers, regulators, and payers.
The Healthcare System Development Leadidentifies shared purpose and value, co-creates solutions and co-implements them across ecosystems, indirectly impacting outcomes for thousands of patients
By doing so the Healthcare System Development Lead will be directly accountable to challenge and shape the healthcare system in service of better health outcomes for more patients faster in a sustainable way to society
2. Responsibilities
The Healthcare System Partner Development Lead is able to understand and navigate the healthcare ecosystem in the Philippines. He/she co-creates solutions to increase the level of maturity of SDNs (Service Delivery Networks) together with Patient Journey Partners (Patient Journey Lad) to increase access to SoC (Standard of Care)
Adapting Roche Philippines Healthcare Impact Plan for respective ecosystems
Deploy end-to-end (E2E) Access strategies for current and new disease area products
Co creating, leading and implementing policy shaping, access solutions including data enablement for their respective Ecosystems, leveraging synergies across Ecosystems
Accountability on delivering outcomes in therapeutic areas within the ecosystem
Leverage and support the network and digital solutions to deploy effective engagement and collaboration with partners in the Health system and Patient journey.
The Health System Partner- Ecosystem Development Lead Partners with healthcare system stakeholders to drive healthcare system innovation and unlock possibilities to deliver value for the ecosystem and society
The Health System Partner- Ecosystem Development Lead acts as a trusted partner and the primary (but non-exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and Roche. She or he shares the stakeholder community vision and value internally, prioritizes and secures resources, and drives solutions that deliver outcomes faster.
The Health System Partner- Ecosystem Development Lead lives the Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst (VACC) model, acts as catalyst and coach externally and internally.
The Health System Partner- Ecosystem Development Lead looks across the individual ecosystem and catalyzes our ability to see broader trends and patterns in healthcare systems. They need to be the bridge between external stakeholders and Roche to enable sharing of perspectives, insights and objectives towards more responsive strategies and co-created solutions.
The Healthcare System Development Lead will help drive Personalised Health Care and works with the Patient Journey Lad, supported by other internal functions or the network to deliver solutions to patients.

Specific Roles & Responsibilities
Shapes the prioritization of Roche oncology therapeutic areas, treatments and solutions in the PH healthcare setting, with a priority on NICCA implementation.
Elevate value recognition.
Shape public funding and healthcare spending decision making and develop mechanisms for reimbursement and government procurement of Roche products.
Building on the HIP and PHC strategies.

Skills & experience:
Senior leader with a deep understanding of healthcare system, processes and governance
Excellent customer engagement and management skills
Previous market access experience is preferred
Experience leading cross functional teams is preferred. Cross-functional leadership experience in both formulating cross-functional strategies and orchestrating cross-functional teams is desirable.
System thinker and deep listener
A sensitive leader who senses, reflects and responds
Strong business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization and customer experience excellence
Ability to understand and leverage digital means and tools for the benefit of all stakeholders is highly desirable.
Able to manage complex projects
Knowledge:
Broad understanding of Roche's present portfolio and future pipeline, such that they can work on future-based solutions
Capabilities:
Proficient in English to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise is highly desirable.
Able to recommend and implement strategy according to Roche objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
University degree (scientific, economic, or business degree). An advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA is a plus.
