The Healthcare CSR orders medical supplies based from medical records for our USA-based client.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare orders for clients from actual medical records and/or electronic medical records.
Encoding the data and orders in the system.
Processing of orders for shipment as scheduled.
Submitting reports on insurance coverages.
Submitting reports for missing required documentations and documents that needs signatories.
Coordinating with clients for inventory, documentations and requests for special deliveries.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING
At least 6 months' experience with a healthcare or medical insurance account in a BPO setting
Must have a deep understanding of the US healthcare system
Medical background is a plus!
