Healthcare Customer Service Representative (CSR)Zuellig Pharma Corporation

Responsible to provide technical assistance to healthcare professionals and communicate with them through emails and minimal voice calls(inbound/outbound). You are expected to optimize the time engage with the program, providing an excellent patient /customer service experience and meet service levels and standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide Daily activity report
Provide Daily summary report of Adverse Event
Data Protection; Responsible for keeping Healthcare Professional confidential information.
Responsible to Report any PV related/Adverse Event received
Compliance with Client/Program Pharmacovigilance Protocol
Job Requirements
Graduate of Nursing/Pharmacy or any medical related course
Minimum of 1 - 2 years Hospital or Call Center Experience (Outbound calls)
Knowledge in Technical Support
Proficient in MSOffice
Preferably with medical background (medical terminologies)
Good coaching and listening skills and demonstrate ability to motivate patients
Must be patient and possess strong empathy characteristics
Must be able to evaluate a problem and take timely decisions
Have good computer skills to perform data entry
Demonstrate track record of ability to obtain, record and maintain accurate information (e.g. patient notes, statistical information)
Previous experience in healthcare support and customer service is an advantage
Able to work as part of a team and in a patient centered and driven environment
Amenable to work in Sun Valley, Paranaque
