Job Description
Qualifications: 
Must have 1 year of experience as a specialist for US Healthcare Accounts Receivable department in BPO Industry.
Must have completed at least 2 years in college
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Best in class customer service skills and can multi-task.
Temporary Work From Home ( Site: Taguig/Quezon City
Responsibilities:
Maintains and reconciles records of outstanding receivables. Performs various billing, collection, and third-party reimbursement functions
Research various computer systems and document customer information regarding the status of Accounts Receivables and payment expectations.
Use email and phones to contact customers to discuss negotiate payment and resolve outstanding medical bill accounts and balances.
Evaluates, determines, and make recommendations for best practice methods of handling accounts receivable situations.
Prepare and submits reports to internal management on the status of outstanding medical bills and proposed/planned payment settlement details.
