Job Descriptions
Receives, processes and submits home care clinical therapy documents in a timely manner
Reviews all documents for accuracy and completeness
Follows up via phone/email with therapy providers regarding missing documents and corrections
Provide education to providers as needed regarding documentation
Submits needed documents to Home Care agencies when requested
Processes invoices to Home Care agencies
Provides coverage for other members of the home care team as needed
Provides other related duties as assigned and requested
Job Qualifications
At least 2 year call center experience handling back office and voice processes for a Healthcare Account
Quality Assurance Experience is an advantage
Familiar with the healthcare/therapy industry
COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
English speaking -Accent neutral
Maintains confidentiality of program and patient information
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems (knowledge in the use of outlook/email, PDF and file transfer is a must)
