About the Role
The Health & Wellness Partner Management & Member Engagement Consultant supports AIA PH's Strategic Partnership Principal on all elements of the health & AIA Vitality programme partner lifecycle and is primarily accountable on driving member engagement & communications.
A. Member Engagement and Communications:
. Manages overall strategy for customer engagement and client communication for AIA PH's health and wellness program.
. Oversees end-to-end implementation of customer campaigns to build brand awareness/loyalty, promote app adoption, and increase client engagement.
. Develops and executes implements a robust full-year communications plan to drive customer engagement and acquisition initiatives.
. Spearheads planning, conceptualization, development and fine-tuning of marketing communications, including, but not limited to, electronic direct mailers, SMS, social media posts, FAQs, manuals, brochures, platform content (mobile app, websites) and other assets.
. Manages the performance 3 rd-party vendors in delivering comms requirements.
. Manages the delivery of direct mailers through the communications platform (Netcore)
. Maintains library of all engagement communications, collaterals and other assets
. Oversees engagement/communications budget, whilst ensuring spending within defined resources and negotiating for optimum commercials with vendors.
B. Cross-functional Support:
. Works cross-functionally with other stakeholders to implement engagement and other customer-centric initiatives.
. Mounts lead generation activities to drive new business in collaboration with distribution channels.
C. Partner Management: Actively collaborates with Head of Strategic Partnership, H&W in:
. Partnership building and maintaining strong working relations with existing partners:
. Enhancing of program member benefits through introduction of new partnership opportunities (includes market scanning, exploratory discussions, commercial negotiation, and contract development)
. Handling of end-to-end new partner onboarding and renewal of due diligence requirements
. Implementing cross-marketing initiatives to drive partner utilization and acquire new leads
. Conducting regular business reviews and operations meetings for process improvement and mitigation of member escalations includes preparation of minutes of meeting
. Conducting mystery shopping and partner training to ensure partner frontliners knowledgeable mastery
. Develops partner user guides and process manuals
. Seeking additional partner concessions and partner-sponsored prizes to drive member engagement
. Helping negotiate for viable commercials by way of pass-through and/or volume discounts. D. Others: . Regularly supports in coordination and/or resolution of partner escalations. . Supports the platform manager in review of business requirement documents and conduct of user acceptance tests pertaining to engagement and partners. . Filing and processing of vendor purchase requests relating to engagement initiatives. . Attends regular local and regional business reviews and operational meetings.
