Conduct and prepare content for HSSE-related training to build competencies which include Visitors, new employee
Perform workshops, focus groups discussions, coaching sessions, and campaigns as required to implement HSSE programs
Conduct risk assessments on Sorting Center (SO) processes and environment impact analysis jointly with other departments
Engage and collaborate with other WH local teams and Regional teams to formulate and implement HSSE programs
Immediately respond to HSSE incidents, immediately inform SOC Management the details of the incident not later than 24 hours
Analyze HSSE performance dashboards and plan to mitigate high-risk areas professionally and courteously.
Perform other work-related duties as directed and authorized by the Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is required
Good oral and written communication skills
At least 2 years of experience as a safety officer in a facility/warehouse or similar role in different industries
Must have completed the 40-hour OSH training as prescribed by the Bureau (i.e. BOSH, COSH).
Must be a holder/accredited first aider (First aid, CPR/BLS training completed).
Obtained several OSH training is an advantage (i.e. SO1, HIRAC, TOT, Focus Safety, LCM, etc.).
Preferably with Project Management Experience
Have knowledge of environmental regulatory requirements.
Proficient knowledge on Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Problem-solving decision making and results-driven oriented.
Displays behavior of trustworthiness.
Willing to do local travel and visit SOC facilities
