Quality of reports
Perform quality review of all reports (incidents, near-misses, Non-conformities, etc) from the vessels
Quality review shall ensure that all report fields are correctly filled in and that the content of the report is informative and with appropriate level of information for efficient handling.
Charterer's reporting
Create monthly and quarterly reports from HSEQ as required to Charterers
Document Control
Monitor the document revision progress, perform quality control of document consistency, use of approved templates, correct metadata, etc
BASS Software and process
Be an expert in use of software and company processes.
Provide daily support and assistance to users of the system and provide system training
Training
Deliver training in BASS software and process to officers prior to on-signing
Carry out HSE introduction to all crew and officers prior to on-signing
Education and work experience to be equivalent to Junior Deck Officer, or higher, on board LNG, FSRU, oil or Chemical tankers.
Preferable with experience from Safety management systems in a Ship management company.
Experience in working with BASSnet application
