SECURITY STAFF / SURVEILLANCE AND ROVING OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS:
MALE OR FEMALE
• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, sensitivity and diplomacy, good interpersonal skills including the ability to act with tact, Proven ability to concentrate for long periods of time and have excellent observational skills
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent.
• Possess at least three (3) years working experience as CCTV Operator
• Good interpersonal skills including the ability to act with tact, sensitivity and diplomacy.
• Alert and observant
• Able to work alone with less supervision.
• Ability to learn and be adaptable to changes in procedures and technology.
• Proven ability to assess and react quickly to situations as they unfold.
• Good attention to detail and ability to multi task when required.
• Proven ability to concentrate for long periods of time and have excellent observational skills.
• Proven interpersonal and communicating skills including clear and concise details.
• With Security and Safety related trainings and seminar such Certified Security Professional, CCTV Operators Course and other safety related trainings and seminars
Job Description
Duties include but not limited to:
• Observe and report activities at an assigned site and ability to read and write detailed reports
• Ability to sit, stand and/or walk constantly (for up to an entire shift)
• Ability to work indoor and outdoor in a variable environment
• Climb stairs, ladders or ramps occasionally during shift
• Respond quickly to critical situations and emergency.
• Provide access control to facility
• Enforce company procedure, regulation, and standards of Active Food Innovators Corporation
• Other duties as assigned by AFIC.
Site Specific Duties
• Checking employees in and out of buildings
• Frisking of employee prior entering the production area.
• Checking incoming and outgoing vehicle.
• Monitors CCTV / perimeter / critical areas.
• Monitoring refrigeration, fire, and security system panels/systems for alarms and direct alarm incidents to the proper manager for immediate resolution
• Roving patrols and perimeter walk.
• Check the facilities overnight, including building & equipment systematically.
Training and Certification Needed
• Occupational First Aid and BLS-CPR with AED (Red Cross)
• Fire Prevention and Control
• Knowledgeable of Emergency Preparedness and Response
• Certified Security Professional (Php 10, 500.00) , CCTV Operators Course
