Eligibility :
RA 1080 (Teacher)
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education; or Bachelor'sdegree w/ 18 professional education units with appropriate field of specialization
Training :
24 hours of relevant training
Work Experience :
Teacher-In-Charge for 1 year; or Teacher for 3 years

4.5 Articles published in newspaper/magazine of wide circulation
5. Transcript of Records (Highest Educational Attainment)
6. Training Certificate, Certficate of Participation in seminar and/or workshops
7. Omnibus Sworn Certification of the applicant stating that all documents submitted are authentic copyof the original, complete and all statements therein are true and correct.
