Cusina Lucas is looking for an experienced kitchen leader who can manage a team, create great Filipino dishes, and handle the business side of the kitchen.
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role
Knows product costing and can create procedure recipe manuals
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
Strong knowledge of Filipino cuisine and ability to bring flavors to life
Can lead and manage kitchen staff effectively
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain quality standards
Develop and improve recipes aligned with our brand
Manage costing, portion control, and inventory
Lead and train kitchen staff for consistency and efficiency
Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
Compensation: ₱18,000-₱20,000 starting, negotiable based on skills and experience
Work Location: Cusina Lucas - 2nd Floor, Talamban Times Square, Talamban, Cebu City
