Head of Sales (With Medical Background Course / Experience)
Overall Job Purpose:
To provide leadership over the sales department and responsible for driving direct results in top line sales growth, field productivity and market penetration
Responsibilities:
· Managing business unit operations and strong business development growth.
· Ascertain sales achievement, minimize sales provision and product returns, and maximize profitability.
· Ensuring completion and implementation of marketing plans, and sales action plans.
· Managing yearly sales budget and ensuring allocated expenses are maintained within defined budgets.
· Developing sales and marketing strategy, and maximizing ROI.
· Ensure good product management and capture new business development opportunities.
· Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
· Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
· Experience in Medical products is an advantage
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Medical Courses, PreMed or any Business Course
· Required Skill(s): Good Interpersonal and communication skills, Excellent negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
