About the Role
The Head of Revenue will fuel the growth of the company by developing and executing an effective dynamic pricing strategy of ZEN Portfolio properties. You will need to develop a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, learn strategies and tools used by the market to drive online sales, oversee competition, and come up with effective strategies that will maximize sales of both ZEN and our partners.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Own and execute the pricing strategy for ZEN Rooms
Ensuring retention, revenue and profitability of the entire portfolio of Hotels in ZEN Rooms
Build the relationships and effective reporting with internal and external stakeholders
Implement dynamic pricing and non-pricing strategies to help our Partners discover their maximum revenue potential
Work in hand with the Product team to define the process and tools to effectively translate strategies into product
Be proactive and resourceful to ensure that profitability targets are met for all properties you are entrusted with
What profile are we looking for?
3+ years experience in pricing, analytics, consulting, strategy or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Math, Engineering, Stats or Quantitative field
Problem solving skills to deliver quick and efficient solutions
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and solve problems autonomously
You are extremely proactive
Ability to effectively and comfortably manage many stakeholders with different interests and act as a role model for more junior co-workers
