The Head of Project/Manager is responsible for the overall quality implementation of the assigned project(s) in timely manner in coordination and consultation with base departments, line manager and technical referents and coordinator based in Manila.
S/he will represent and coordinate with partners, stakeholders, and manage the project(s) team and represent AAHFPI in technical working groups and other relevant forums/events at the field level
Key activities in your role will include
Strengthen the enabling environment and demand creation capacity to implement PhaTSS in the province and selected province of North Cotabato
Support the Province of North Cotabato on specific program approaches for G2 and G3 institutionalization
Support selected municipalities to Achieve G3 criteria in PhaTSS
Direct oversight in the planning, managing, supervising, and implementation of the assigned project(s) directly reporting to the Operations Coordinator and in coordination with the sectorial referents and Technical Coordinator and other departments in a timely manner.
Ensure projects are implemented in line with donor guidelines and Action Against Hunger standards
Do you meet the profile required criteria?
University degree on disciplines related to the following areas: Nursing, Public Health, Public Administration, Development Studies, Water Engineering, Social Science
Previous experience working and coordinating with Action Against Network and program partnerers in Mindanao highly desired
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management cycle; budget management, public and private sector partnership and development, and WASH accounts
Experience in provision of technical support and coordination with key regional, provincial, municipal agencies and other stakeholders on WASH governance and PhaTSS
Fluency in English and Tagalog in oral and written communication, knowledge of relevant local language is an asset
