The Opportunity
Reporting into the Head of Solution Line, Sub-Region (SE Asia) and Local Leader (Philippines). The incumbent also collaborates with Industry Leader, Region, Growth Operations Leadership, Head of Enterprise Client, Region, Solution Line leadership, Region, Regional / Sub-Regional / Office Leadership, and Function Leaders.
The Head of Wealth Solutions is responsible for delivering on the country strategy. This includes growth, innovation, best in class client solutions, to drive sustainable business growth. Models a "one-firm" approach at all times
Responsibilities:
Implements and delivers on country Wealth Solutions strategy in the country
Collaborates with local solution line leaders on growth opportunities to deliver outstanding client solutions
Provides thought leadership and innovative solutions for the challenges surrounding current design for Retirement/Savings and Financial Wellness
Provides quality advice and services clients across retirement and related employee benefits advice
Provides market insights across business and external forums
Designs and implements an efficient and effective operating model with appropriate controls and processes to maximise revenue opportunities and profit while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations, and maintains CPD as required
Identifies and champions M&A opportunities to drive inorganic growth of the firm
Co-ordination with external firms to undertake research and collaborate on specific Wealth/Retirement/Financial Wellness solutions and strategies
Collation and interpretation of quantitative analysis such as; performance data, peer group analysis, regression analysis, summary views, portfolio holdings analysis and research ratings
Prepare for and attend face to face client meetings
Compose research documents and thought leadership
Contribute to ad hoc related research projects; and responsible for client service, business development, and our Wealth Solutions brand development in Philippines
Be able to represent our breadth of our capabilities to external audience R
Requirements
Ability to establish an inspiring vision and adapt to organisational changes
Experience and a track record of success in designing and implementing growth strategies
Commercial and eye for business to prioritise what is most important and demonstrate resources across the organization to drive business results
Financial experience to develop business plans and analyse and interpret business results
Credentials of successful leadership
Leadership experience in an organisational matrixed environment
Ability to build and work across inclusive and diverse teams, and fosters an environment in which all employees are valued and heard
Educated to university degree level and having strong quantitative and analytical analysis
Proven 7+ years' experience in the consulting industries
Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and ability to self-motivate
Intellectually curious
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English and Filipino
