THE POSITION
Manages the team that is responsible in bringing clarity of GBS goals and performance levels and shared performance mindset across all OPU / ROPU. They provide insights into GBS overall performance and continuous improvement. They also responsible in data export and/or uploading and ensure that the data is accurate and complete.
Tasks & responsibilities
Oversee and support the team in data extraction and data upload. Ensure that this will be executed on the agreed schedule.
Ensure the completeness of the data and ensure the data consistency.
Transform the data into predefined format and check for any errors. Ensure that all data errors are corrected prior publishing the data to the dashboard.
Collate all evidence report regarding the quality issue and publish the approved adjusment request to dashboard.
Prepare deep dive analysis on certain topics
Demonstrate BI core values and provide a strong leadership shadow flexibility, specifically with work schedule
Ability to balance multiple high priority tasks
Performs other duties as assigned or required by management;
Responsible to ensure that:
Defined support services run continuously during the agreed business times
Agreed service levels are reached
All tasks are performed compliantly and in a high quality according to general specific support dossiers
All escalations and requires a high sense of urgency are processed properly and on time
Requirements
Has 1-2 years experience in people leadership required; recognized as a leader
Has knowledge and experience in reporting & analytics
Experienced in an international environment Shared Service and Global exposure
Strong organizational skills and attention to details is a must
Good understanding of compliance and risk
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential on this collaborative work environment
With Coaching skills
Ability to grasp new topics quickly and to transport information/knowledge coherently to others
Presentation and reporting skills
