ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to our Australian based Chief People Officer, you'll play a vital role as part of both the People Leadership and the Philippines Country Leadership teams. You'll be responsible for working closely with our senior people leaders across the business - coaching, navigating and helping them solve people problems in a fast growing, innovative environment.
Leading a team of 10 x HR and Learning professionals and acting as a champion of our values, the Head of People (Philippines) is responsible for developing, launching and embedding people programs to support delivery of our ambitious goals. Working collaboratively to build and deliver the People strategy with the broader people team and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for:
Leading, developing and rolling out people programs designed in partnership with employees and leaders including our leadership, values and performance frameworks
Coaching leaders on how to design, build and develop high performing teams, including goal-setting, performance management and people development
Working closely with your key stakeholders and the Talent Acquisition function to shape team org design and optimal hiring decisions
Identifying opportunities to improve ways of work with a focus on how to better leverage data and feedback to scale processes and implement consistently
Acting as a trusted advisor and true partner for your key stakeholders
Ensuring high standards of ethics, integrity and performance are core to our ways of working
Creating, refining and deploying contemporary people policies, processes and reporting
Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
You're an experienced people professional who can think strategically, but at the same time are comfortable hustling and getting things done. You bring to the role your energy and excitement for doing things a little differently in an environment where the foundations are being built.
A curious, self starter with a passion for delivering commercial outcomes through people, you are willing to have a go at just about anything and know how to see a great idea through to execution. You love leading a team to grow and to consider new ways of working. You believe in empowering others to thrive and want to be part of building something that sets a new standard in the way people lead, perform and develop in the Philippines.
Coupling your experience (at least 10+ years) working across the People function ideally in medium sized multinational enterprise, you know how to establish strong relationships with senior leaders to influence outcomes. You'll have:
Experience in delivering specific initiatives aligned to a people plan, within a fast growth company ideally in multiple countries
Multi-discipline and broad HR experience that drives strong levels of commercial understanding and a clear appreciation of key business drivers
Collaborative in nature, with a strong ability to influence and drive change agendas with multiple stakeholders at all layers of the organisation
Strong experience across the whole employee lifecycle from onboarding, performance management, leadership development, organisation design and development, talent management, learning, remuneration & benefits, and employment relations
Ability to solve problems and communicate ideas in a simple, structured and engaging way
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal that ensure you deliver key messages in a high impact way that influences outcomes
Comfort working as part of a high performing team where we constantly challenge the status quo and how things have been done before
