Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor the operations for correct accounting procedures, approving loan packages, and developing relationships with banking customers;
Provides leadership and training as well as supervision of bank personnel;
Ensure that the bottom line targets of the bank are met;
In-charge of marketing bank products and services and foreclosed properties;
Promotes excellent customer relations by attending customer inquiries and referring them to appropriate personnel for new accounts
Manage the operation, security and balancing of the bank
Qualifications:
Graduate of a four year course
With banking experience in sales, marketing and loans
