At least 1-3 years working in Human Resource is a must
Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable in various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development, etc.
Deliver quick results with minimal supervision
Detail oriented, results driven, proactive, collaborative and a team player
Good understanding of labor laws
Willing to conduct field work
Willing to be assigned in Ortigas
