Scope of work
Design learning frameworks, that are well aligned with the organization's objectives
Embrace different styles of training techniques, and design/source learning programs
Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
Design/source workshops and classroom training
Design/source and deliver e-learning courses
Assess the success and consistently review it.
Requirements
Proven experience of delivering successful programs in skill-based learning, customer service, collections, and credit verification
A real passion for training and development
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
Excellent command of the English lanuage, especially grammar.
