Our latest client in market research and analytics is currently in need of an experienced Head of Human Resources responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects. The Head of HR will guide and manage the overall provision of HR services, policies, programs and initiatives for the company. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies that support business growth, develop and review policies and procedures, improve employee morale and retention, enhance safety and wellness, strengthen relations between staff and employers, manage job satisfaction, attract the best recruits, and promote the organization's values.
Qualifications
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management or related course
10 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
Experience with start ups, FinTech companies preferred
Strategic mindset, broad knowledge and experience in employment laws, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development
Exemplary organizational skills, inspiring leadership, and great interpersonal skills
Fluency in verbal and written communications skills
Willingness to be based in Metro Manila, Philippines
