Getmycourse (GMC) is the fastest growing education-based company in Australia.
Led by our Board of Director, the one and only Peter Cox, the founder, and CEO of Leadership Dynamics, recently featured in Forbes Magazine and a number of TedTalks under his belt.

In the last 2 years since the start of pandemic GMC has grown over 200%. Getmycourse is already established in the Philippines hiring 100's of staff over the last 6 years. But now GMC is planning to make "major investments" in the Philippines and expand the presence by starting up a fully established BPO.

The nitty gritty:
Marketing
As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for all the processes that will help improve the business from acquiring new customers/clients, retaining and nurturing customers/clients for them to become loyal advocates of the business.
Take ownership and optimize our current marketing channels- - paid ads, display ads, SEO, affiliate marketing and influencer marketing
Create and execute high growth, attention-grabbing marketing campaigns
Create and maintain the marketing plan, ensuring continual improvement using hard data
Lead, develop and inspire a team of growth marketers
Finance Management
Develop and maintain company accurate budgets and expenses
Attain revenue goals
Prepare and review reports
Analyze profit and loss
Perform cost and benefit analysis
Training
Be directly involved in the training, coaching, and counselling of team members.
Provide skills development for the managers and associates
Culture
Create a positive environment for the teams to thrive
Motivate and inspire, retain teams to achieve peak performance
Lead by example
Implement performance management procedures
Ensure that employees have high morale and sense of loyalty to the company

Must have handled 5-10 team members. Leading people Is a very crucial requirement for this role
