Tahche Inc is currently seeking a dynamic sales leader to join as the Head of Growth for our office located in the Philippines.
 
We are seeking driven leaders eager to dive in and make a tangible impact, motivated to construct a sustainable organic growth model.
 
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Hybrid set-up (Ortigas).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transitioning the organization away from founder-led sales strategy.
Professionalizing the sales function- Build out structure, sales process, tooling, marketing, metrics, and playbooks.
Leverage your network and sales skills to hunt and close deals as a player. As you succeed in driving sales, start building out a sales team that you will manage.
Run cross-functional growth campaigns- Your primary objective is driving new logo sales growth. However, we believe sales, account management, marketing, and operations should work together. You will be expected to run cross-functional growth campaigns
Business partner to the CEO- The sales leader of the organization should be the CEO's right-hand man. Formulate overall business strategy and execute.
Managed Service Provider Sales experience- The sales leader must have previous experience selling in a BPM 
Primary responsibility for driving growth as acquisition of new clients
With sales experience in Retail/ CPG, Travel, Logistics & Manufacturing, Healthcare, Banking/ Financial Services, Hospitality or Energy & Utilities industry-based.
Responsible for managing end to end business including driving transformation and positioning the business for increased market share and long-term growth
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate may be a graduate of College/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and any other relevant field
At least ten (10) years experience in B2B sales. Recruitment or ITO/BPO sales experience is a plus.
Proven track record in business development, or similar roles, catering to foreign B2B markets. 
Must have global experience (North America, EMEA, APAC and India).
