1. ACCOUNTING
 Plain, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy
 Oversee accounting daily operations
 Take responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, dept activity etc.
 Monitor and analyze accounting data
 Set up and monitor accounting KPIs
 Regularly produce financial reports or statements
 Adhere to proper accounting method, policies and principles
 Encourage other employees to adhere to standards
 Perform and oversee annual audits
 Provide recommendations
 Meet financial accounts objectives
 Prepare and present KPIs to stakeholders
2. FINANCE
 Collate, prepare and interpret reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
 Undertake strategic analysis and assist with strategic planning
 Produce long-term business plans
 Undertake research into pricing and factors affecting performance
 Control income, cashflow and expenditure
 Manage budgets
 Develop and manage financial systems /models
 Carry out business modelling and risk assessments
 Liaise with managerial staff and other colleagues
 Collect, interpret and review financial information
 Predict future financial trends
 Report to management and stakeholders, providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
 Produce financial reports related to budgets, accounts payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
 Develop long-term business plans based on these reports
 Review, monitor and manage budgets
 Develops strategies that work to minimize financial risk
 Analyze market trends and competitors
